Georgian Walnut A-Frame Cellarette or Box Commode
Polished top opens to a void interior. Tapered sides with folding brass side carrying handles and to the front, brass escutcheon, lock and key. The base with arched frieze united by low turned feet.

Gothic Oak Stool
After an original design by George Smith, which was original- ly published in 1807 by J. Taylor, London and subsequently included in Smith's 1808 'A Collection of Designs for House- hold Furniture'. The upholstered top is over four gothic arched friezes and the legs, of square section, also have gothic arched moulded panels with matching spandrels.

Upholstered top over ring turned, tapered and splay legs with carved reeding that terminate with inverted cup feet. The legs are united by torpedo turned X-framed stretchers.

Rectangular top with moulded frieze over tapered turned and fluted legs in the manner of Gillow of Lan- caster. Top now been se- cured to make a useful stool or low table.

Regency Upholstered Footstool
The stool, of low box form, stands upon turned bun feet. The upholstery, which is original, incorpo- rates an elaborately bub- bled plush top. The sides with close brass nailing over flocked tapestry sides and a pair of regency gilt ring handles.
