Three-fold portable polished pine screen, each gate consisting of six rods with turned acorn finials, and each united by brass bi-fold hinges. The Temple Newsum Museum records such screens appearing in the Maples Catalogues described as Normandy Screens and were illustrated draped in cretonne. This could also be used for clothes and towels in either the bedroom or bathroom.
