19th century rococo gilt picture frame

19th century swept rococo gilt picture frame, the border of rope-twist detail with carved cresting of flags, cannon and drums, repeated to each side.  Perhaps intended to frame a military scene such as the Waterloo Banquet as held at Apsley House, London.
